We only store cryptographic hashes of this information to confirm that verification was completed. These hashes cannot be reversed to recover your original data.

KYC Verification (KnownGood)

For users requesting a "KnownGood" judgement, identity verification (KYC) is required. This verification is performed by our third-party partner Didit.me.

What data is collected: Didit.me collects identity documents (passport, ID card, etc.) and biometric data (selfie) to verify your identity.

Data retention: Didit.me retains your KYC data for 30 days after verification, after which it is automatically deleted.

What we receive: ECH0.RE only receives the verification result (approved or rejected) and your Polkadot address. We do not receive or store your identity documents or biometric data.

Third-party privacy: Your KYC data is subject to Didit.me's Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review their policy before proceeding with KYC verification.

How We Use Your Information

  • To verify your identity and issue judgements on the Polkadot network.
  • To communicate with you during the verification process.
  • To prevent fraud and ensure the integrity of our service.

Governing Law
